In-Home Estate Sale REQUIREMENTS:
Our Preferred Timeline
Prep/Staging Time:
Begins 3-4 Weeks before the Sale Weekend.
Sale Weekend:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 8am-2pm.
Clean Up:
Monday – Wednesday following the sale weekend. *Clean up dates may change based on whether or not post-sale donations are required.
Contents of the Home
We sell just about everything you would normally have in a home (with a few exceptions that we cannot legally resell, or safely resell). We also can help with sales of vehicles and firearms/ammo. Note: It’s ok if there are empty areas in the home! If needed, we have the ability to add in items from our consignment inventory in order to fill out the home, and attract the maximum amount of customers to the sale.
Our Service Area
Home located in Pima County, Tucson, Oro Valley or Marana.
*At this time we do not service Green Valley, Vail, Catalina, or Saddlebrook for in-home estate sales.
HOA/Neighborhood Approval
HOA/Neighborhood approval to have a sale. If you are unsure of the neighborhood requirements, please fill out the form below, and we can help you find out this information.
Vacant Home/Property
To ensure a safe and efficient sale process, we require that the home remain unoccupied by all residents and pets during sale preparation, sale dates, and post-sale cleanup. Please keep this requirement in mind when planning your timeline.
Parking
Due to the high volume of customers our sales attract, we ask for homes and neighborhoods with ample street parking availability.
Clean & Safe Space
For the safety of our staff and customers, we are unable to service properties with pest infestations, biohazard conditions, or other significant safety concerns.
